Looks cool dude, except for his right leg looks a little strange, it makes him look like hes gonna fall over or something.
And his right underarm looks a bit to thin, but that may be just me looking at it wrong.

Your drawing is very good and very resembling, but the problem this is the even that the last drawing that you sent me on Venom, this is the eyes, that are too fine, you should do the bigger eyes, takes a Mark Bagley's drawing, with Venom, and you have a voucher models to do the eyes, DW.

Well arent u most helpful!!! thnx...i especially like the todd mcfarlane venom!!! but if u notice he doesnt always look evil with his eyes so big...he almost looks silly like the julie one...i do own every bagley spidey/venom comic though...erik larsen does a great venom too, i got a magnet on my fridge that he did...check out my last fav of someone elses venom...its great!...u like sam kieths venom?
